Information we collect
We collect contact and business details, task descriptions, payment and transaction records, communications, technical security logs, and documents you choose to provide. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Oakhampton. Blockchain payments are publicly visible on the relevant network.
Purpose
We use information to quote, contract, take payment, deliver and support services; verify identity and payments; protect the service; keep accounting records; resolve disputes; and comply with law. We ask you to provide only information reasonably necessary for the work.
Documents and AI processing
Paid working documents may be processed by authorised staff, automated systems and AI service providers solely to deliver, test and support the purchased service. Do not provide passwords, private keys, full payment-card data, health records, government identifiers or other sensitive information unless we have expressly approved a separate secure process.
Providers and overseas processing
We may use payment, cloud hosting, email, storage, security and AI providers, including Stripe and providers operating in Australia, the United States and other countries where their infrastructure or personnel are located. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Customer source documents submitted through paid intake are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission unless a longer period is requested, agreed, required for an active dispute, or required by law. Contract, invoice, payment, tax, security and audit records may be retained for applicable legal periods. Backups may expire on a separate cycle.
Security
We use TLS, access restrictions, private storage permissions, payment verification, file limits and audit records. No online system is risk-free. Notify us promptly if material was submitted incorrectly.
Access, correction and complaints
To request access, correction or deletion, or make a privacy complaint, email customerservice@oakhampton.ai. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable.
Changes
We may update this policy prospectively. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the transaction.
