Monitor

Health monitoring for one agreed workflow, monthly evidence report and business-hours incident notification.

Monitoring, dependency review, defined response target and up to two hours of repair or minor changes.

One actively operated agent, evaluation, incident handling and monthly improvement review. External usage is separate.

Third-party fees, major redesigns and new integrations are separately scoped. Unused service hours do not roll over unless agreed.

Subscriptions are month-to-month by card. Cancel through customer service; cancellation stops future renewals.
